David has been assisting people most of his life. Starting out working his way through college, David worked for a food catering business making sure all the needs, details, and specifics were met so the host had exactly the catering experience they were looking for.
After a degree in Cross Cultural Communication in college, David went on to get a degree in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida. David was a public library director providing the library services people were looking for within the community. From there David worked on the vendor side of librarianship he worked his way up the ladder to become vice-president of a library automation company responsible for automating libraries around the United States.
The events of 911 were impactful for David since he spent nearly three days a week on an airplane. It was at that point that he began thinking of a new business and started a successful real estate business. This was a natural fit for David in that he always wanted to help people move to the next point in their lives and real estate is a natural fit. David is different than most realtors in that he serves more of a consultative role in helping people identify their wants, needs and desires in order to know their true motivation in selling or purchasing a home.
David and his wife Valerie have one daughter, Justine. Family is extremely important to David. In his spare time his passion is sailing. David has been around sailing and water his entire life. His father was an avid sailor and they would spend many hours sailing Great South Bay off Long Island, or Narragansett Sound off Cape Cod.
